Mr. Holzberg represented me in a slip and fall injury which occurred on a cruise ship. The style and placement of the deck chairs on the ship was called into question as to safety. Due to the nature of cruisings, liability was difficult to prove. First of all I would like to thank Holzberg Legal for their excellent work! Our daughter had an accident and was injured during cruise with one of the biggest cruise companies in the world.
